B1-B3 Slow-Layer Axiom Restatements

Canonical definition

B1 (Scalar-Only Delivery), B2 (Evidence Construction), and B3 (Bayesian Updating Under Source Opacity) are three axiom restatements for the slow Bayesian layer, drawn from Axioms 2, 3, 4, and 8, and introduced in Appendix A.5.6 to specify the slow-layer side of the fast-to-slow coupling. B1 states that the only quantity the Thinker receives from the Decision Hub for a focal Object at time tt is the Scalar VtVt, with the source decomposition (At,It,Mt)(At, It, Mt) inaccessible by the Data Processing Inequality. B2 states that the Thinker converts VtVt into an Evidence proposition EtEt by selecting the highest-posterior Hypothesis in the representable Hypothesis Space as the cause of the felt valuation. B3 states that the Belief Register updates on VtVt by the canonical Bayesian rule and emits EtEt, regardless of whether EtEt is an accurate decomposition of VtVt.

Explanation

These three restatements do for the slow Bayesian layer what M1 through M5b do for the fast valuation layer: they translate existing axioms into a form suitable for dynamical-systems specification. B1 ensures that Source Opacity carries through to the Belief level. B2 ties the Confabulation Rationality Lemma into the coupling mechanism. B3 ensures that Bayesian Updating proceeds on potentially contaminated Evidence, which is the architectural basis of Bayesian Lock-In.
